Mission Statement:

Career Experience:

Performance management subject matter expert.  I have over 25 years of hands-on human resources experience supporting individuals and teams across the U.N. Secretariat, Agencies, Funds, and Programmes.  Much of my career was spent mobilizing change management initiatives, staff and leadership development, policy implementation and guidance. I led a world-wide network of HR focal points and was responsible for the implementation of a mandatory training programme for managers and supervisors.
