Career Experience:

Holly White is the Managing Director of H White Group, a Boutique Human Resources consulting firm based in Brooklyn, NY focused on organizational effectiveness through alignment, engagement and development of people and teams. Holly has spent over 25 years working as a Human Resources Professional spanning the public and private sector.

 

She spent 15 years working for the United Nations (UNDP, UNICEF, UNFPA) both in the US and West Africa. In the private sector, she worked for 10 years for a number of organizations:  Altria Group, Inc., Kraft Foods Inc. and M&M/Mars in various HR roles and as an HR Director for Ogilvy & Mather and Ann Taylor. Since 2010,

 

Holly has held the position of adjunct professor at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), where she facilitates workshops on career development and interviewing skills for graduate students in the program. Holly earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York and a Masters of Business Administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio

I help clients navigate change in their lives and careers. Through powerful, open ended questions, I help clients dig deep into their inner selves to identify what they truly want from their careers. I am available to support them through the job search and selection process as well as entry strategies for starting a new job.
