Terms & Conditions​
​1. Registration and Payment
All participants must register for the webinar series via the Lu.ma platform at Full payment is required in order to register for the series. Upon payment, participants are automatically registered for the first general session on 16 August 2024. Following that session, participants will be invited to register for either one or both of the follow up sessions on 23 August 2024. No additional payment is required for the follow up session.
2. Content, Access and Recording
The webinar series will cover financing risks of different types of funding for international organizations and outline mitigation measures for those risk. Upon completion of the webinar, participants will receive a risk register to use, as well as a copy of the slides presented during the webinars. The content and documents are intellectual property of ReformWorks, LLC unless otherwise specified. Participants may share the slides and risk register, provided they acknowledge the relevant intellectual property rights.
Registered participants will receive a unique Zoom meeting link immediately prior to each webinar which they use to access each session. Participants are required to have a Zoom account, a stable internet connection, and a computer or mobile device capable of running modern web browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari to access the course. The webinars will be recorded and each participant will be able to view the recording for 30 days after the webinar. The recording will not be downloadable or shareable by participants.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Participants who cancel seven days or more before the general session on 16 August 2024 will receive a full refund of their course fee. Participants who cancel during the week before the general session on 16 August 2024 will receive a 50% refund of their payment. Cancellations on 16 August or later will not receive a refund.
If a force majeure requires the organizers to postpone individual webinars or the full series, participants who are unable to attend the new dates will be issued a full refund. Similarly, if a force majeure requires the cancellation of any or all of the webinars, participants will be entitled to a full refund.
4. Code of Conduct
The presenters welcome active engagement from participants during the webinar. All participants and lecturers are expected to be professional and respectful in their interventions. Discriminatory, harassing or abusive comments or behaviours are not acceptable and such behaviours may result in exclusion from the course without any refund of payment.
5. Liabilities and disclaimers
Participants use the tools and information provided in this webinar series at their own risk. It does not constitute specific legal or financial advice and as appropriate, participants should seek such advice from the responsible entity in their organizations. ReformWorks, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the webinar content or tools, nor does it provide any warranties or accuracy or completeness of the information provided.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
This webinar series uses Lu.ma to register participants, Stripe to collect payments and Zoom to deliver the webinars and is therefore subject to their privacy and data policies. Additionally, ReformWorks, LLC will collect feedback from participants and use the recording to further improve the course and future training products. Participant emails will be stored on Wix solely for the purpose of sharing future training opportunities and discount codes by ReformWorks only.
