Mission Statement:

I coach senior female leaders to cope with the demands of their (new) role without burning out or changing their personality. I use a combination of strengths-based coaching, neuroscience, positive psychology approaches and mental fitness training.

Career Experience:

I draw on 15 years of social impact experience across Asia, Eastern Europe, and Africa for coaching. I led projects up to US$ 26m, managed cross-cultural teams, and negotiated contracts for SMEs, Fortune 500 companies, and the UN. Amongst others, I spearheaded market entry into emerging markets, raised US$ 45m in new funding, and started a new operation in Zambia. I advised the UNDP in Myanmar as a private-sector partnerships advisor. 

I have 500+ hours coaching individuals from over 25 nationalities working for bilateral and multilateral institutions, the INGO sector or heading their own social impact start-ups. I've lived/worked in more than 15 countries across three continents in the last 20 years. Originally from Austria, I currently live in the UK.

I'm a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation and hold an MBA from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
