Decision-Making Intelligence When
Every Hour and Every Dollar Counts

Intergovernmental organizations operate in one of the world's most complex decision-making environments. No single leader or member state has the authority to 'fix' anything. Effectiveness is shaped by collective decision-making within international bureaucracies and across their member states on what to deliver and how, and the resources to be used. Declining funds have only increased this complexity. Time is scarce. Staff capacity is stretched. Resources are limited. Yet, the need to demonstrate impact has never been greater.

ReformWorks helps individuals and organizations navigate the complexity and reach smarter decisions through our:

Decision-Making Intelligence Toolkits

We’ve shifted from offering a general subscription to our tools to offering thematic toolkits, covering funding, leadership, people management etc. These toolkits identify when and why intergovernmental organizations create unique decision-making dilemmas for leaders, managers and delegates, and provide them with evidence, data and context-specific information on how to navigate trade-offs.

Each toolkit contains:

  • 1-3 short video clips applying the latest research to current challenges such as the political implications of funding, communicating to build trust, stakeholder management to enhance accountability among others;

  • 3-5 infographics and visualizations of the latest data so you can make and defend better decisions;

  • Analysis and guidance that supports a realistic prioritization of your limited time and resources in an increasingly complex multilateral context.

  • 1-2 Practice guides, templates and checklists to structure your team’s input, build shared understanding, and move forward together on your most complex dilemmas.

New toolkits are issued every quarter, and are periodically supplemented by live webinars and recorded discussions that bring together recognized experts and practitioners to translate evidence into practice and equip you with the skills to manage risks, enhance performance and build organizational trust and legitimacy.

The new Decision-Making Intelligence Platform is open to anyone, you just need to create a login. Elements of each toolkit are accessible for free,

For those who want to access the full analysis and all elements, there is a cost of US $39.99, plus any applicable taxes.

Stay tuned for our launch on

23 November 2026.

Advisory Services

With rising political contestation, shrinking budgets, and workforce pressures, intergovernmental organizations must demonstrate impact while rethinking how they how they operate, implement, and structure their teams. Doing so demands context‑specific evidence and strategies for governance buy‑in, senior‑level alignment, and sustainable financing.

It is this comprehensive approach that ReformWorks offers international organizations through:

  • Strategic Planning Support:  To help organizations align priorities, capacities, and mandates, with a realistic strategy for securing funding.

  • Monitoring & Evaluation Services: That identify and communicate impact, as well as risks to enable timely course corrections.

  • Research & Strategy Development for Change: Analysis of what has driven change or stymied innovation, along with evidence-based recommendations for organizational design, change management, and leadership support interventions to improve performance in resource‑constrained and political complex environments.

These services can be provided as a specific project, or through a Fractional Advisor, providing flexible, ongoing support for 2-3 days per month. Send us an email to discuss your needs, or organizational subscription options. : info@reformworks.org
